Our Rental Process
When can I collect my suit?
Suits can be collected two days before event. We do our best to accommodate any special requests and facilitate earlier collection for weddings abroad.
When must I return my suit?
Suits for hire including debs and wedding suits must be returned within two days of event. If your event is out of Dublin once given prior notice we can accommodate later returns.
When and how do I Pay?
When a refundable deposit is charged the full amount is payable upon collections of formal wear. Deposit is returned if suits are returned in the same condition that they were received and within agreed timescale.
Terms and Conditions
The customer is responsible for and is liable to reimburse Fairbrother’s for any loss or damage to any item hired. The exact amount to be reimbursed is to be determined by Fairbrother’s but it will not exceed the total cost to Fairbrother’s of replacing the item.
The customer on booking is required to pay Fairbrother’s a security deposit of an amount to be agreed between Fairbrother’s and the customer, over and above the total hire charge. The security deposit will be returned to the customer, on condition the item or items hired are returned to Fairbrother’s within two working days, in the same condition they were received.
On cancellation of a booking the security deposit is held by Fairbrother’s and is non refundable to the customer.
Does my suit hire include accessories?
Cufflinks, bowties and neckties are provided as part of the suit hire price where applicable.
